Overview
A peaceful Buddha figure holding a warm glowing orb that adds a calm feeling to any space.
Sits comfortably on a patio or beside a doorway, at the scale of a large planter. Cast in polyresin, it carries the look of stone at a fraction of the weight — 11.5 kg empty, so one person can move it and reposition it as the garden changes.

Running It
The pump runs from a standard outlet and recirculates the same water, so it only needs topping up as it evaporates. Keep the water level above the pump inlet, and empty it in a hard frost. If you would rather run it away from power, a solar pump can be fitted in place of the one supplied.
Sealing & Care
If this one is living outside, it is worth sealing. A clear, water-based ornamental sealer — Crommelin’s Ornamental Sealer is the one most hardware stores carry, and the same kind used on terracotta pots and garden ornaments — leaves a UV-stable finish over the polyresin, which is what slows the fading and chalking that full Adelaide sun eventually brings on. It is inexpensive, and it goes on in minutes.
Do it before the feature goes into service: clean and dry surface, an even coat, let it cure as directed, then fill and run as normal. Refresh it every couple of seasons, and give the sunniest face the most attention. Indoors it is not needed — this is purely about sun.
Why You'll Love It
Moving water changes how a garden feels before you have looked at it — it softens traffic noise, draws birds in, and gives a small courtyard something to be about.
