How does delivery work?

First, check delivery availability using the suburb checker. Then choose a preferred delivery date at checkout (Monday to Friday). Once your order is picked, we confirm the exact day by email. All freight is handled by specialist nursery carriers.

How are plants transported?

Orders travel upright in secured stillages on enclosed vehicles to ensure safe, plant-friendly handling. Stock is managed by trained nursery professionals so plants arrive healthy and undamaged.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery is $82.50 for orders under $1,000, and $44.00 for orders of $1,000 or more. All fees include GST and reflect professional plant-safe transport.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. A $200 minimum order applies to ensure efficient and safe transport via specialist nursery freight.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across metro Adelaide with daily weekday runs (Seaford to Gawler). Regional areas include fortnightly runs to Murray Bridge, Adelaide Hills, Barossa and Victor Harbor, and monthly runs to Riverland and Clare.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery lead time is a minimum of 24 hours from order to first available date. Final timing depends on your area and run schedules. We confirm your exact delivery date by email.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. If you’re not home, we will leave plants in the safe spot you nominate at checkout. Responsibility transfers to you once delivered.

Are there any access requirements?

Please advise gate codes, narrow access, or low branches when ordering. Delivery vehicles up to approximately 4.3 metres in height may attend.

Do you deliver heavy or large plants?

Yes. For larger plants our drivers may appreciate assistance if someone is available to help unload.

Do you accept plant substitutes or alternative sizes?

During checkout you can choose whether to accept similar substitutes or alternative sizes. If you select “No”, we will refund any unavailable plants before delivery.

What happens if my plants arrive damaged?

If anything looks damaged or unhealthy on arrival, please email us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a solution as soon as possible.
