South Australia only. We deliver across metro Adelaide and select regional areas using specialist nursery freight—never couriers.


How delivery works

  1. Check we deliver to your suburb
    Enter your suburb to check availability.
  2. Choose a preferred delivery date at checkout (Mon–Fri). Once your order is picked, we’ll confirm the exact day by email.
  3. Handled by plant professionals—your order travels upright in secured stillages, on enclosed vehicles, and arrives healthy and undamaged.

Minimum order

To ensure every order is delivered safely via our specialist nursery freight (upright in secured stillages, enclosed trucks—never couriers), a $200 minimum order applies. This keeps plant-safe transport efficient and great value while protecting your plants in transit.

Where we deliver

  • Metro daily runs (Mon–Fri): Greater Adelaide & nearby suburbs (Seaford to Gawler).
  • Regional fortnightly runs: Murray Bridge, Adelaide Hills, Barossa, Victor Harbor.
  • Regional monthly runs: Riverland and Clare.

Lead times & drop-offs

  • Lead time: Minimum 24 hours from order to first available date.
  • If you’re not home: We’ll leave plants in the safe spot you nominate at checkout.
  • Access notes: Please advise gate codes, tight access, or low branches. Trucks up to ~4.3 m height may attend.
  • Heavy items: If you can lend a hand for larger plants, our drivers appreciate it.

Substitutions & sizes

Availability changes quickly—especially for seasonal lines. At checkout you can select:

  • “Accept similar substitutes” — Yes/No
  • “Accept alternative sizes” — Yes/No

If you choose No, we’ll refund unavailable items before delivery.

Quality guarantee

Your plants should arrive healthy and ready to thrive. If anything looks unhappy on arrival, email us within 24 hours with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
Deliveries are Mon–Fri only.

Do you plant the trees for me?
No—delivery only.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Sorry—plants require street delivery.
