Cotyledon orbiculata (Pig’s Ear) is a water-wise, architectural succulent for South Australian gardens. It forms tidy clumps of powdery blue-green, paddle-shaped leaves with red edges in sun, and throws pendulous orange–coral bell flowers in winter that feed pollinators.
